Freed Center Comp and Discount Tickets

This store is for students directly involved in the production or concert only, including cast, crew and musicians. Those not directly involved in the production should purchase tickets directly from the box office or at www.freedcenter.com
Complimentary and discount tickets must be reserved through this system. They are not automatically guaranteed and are issued as availability allows.
All complimentary and discount tickets must be reserved no later than 24 hours prior to the performance to allow adequate time for processing. The request form automatically disables 24 hours prior to the performance.
Complimentary and discount tickets are to be reserved by the performer or production staff member only. Requests by family or friends will not be fulfilled.
Complimentary and discount tickets will only be issued in the name of the performer or production staff member.
Tickets are available for will call or pick up. You are able to pick up tickets during regular box office hours after you receive order confirmation if you choose. Tickets not picked up will be made available for will call.
The box office reserves the right to not fulfill orders that do not align with the complimentary and discount ticket policies and procedures. All orders will receive an e-mail confirmation that tickets have been issued or if there is an error. Please monitor your e-mail for a response.
